Installation is easy and can be completed in 10 minutes or less with only a flat head screwdriver. Simply pop out the old motor with the screwdriver, insert the new motor, then plug it in. The S97015162 is only compatible for Broan or NuTone fans that have a housing measuring 8" x 8-1/4" x 5-3/4". Measure your fan housing and reference the list of compatible fan models.
